Our Mission

Leveraging Hope, Empowering Others.

The Rocke Solid McShane Foundation’s mission is to provide support and services to members of the military and disadvantaged populations. RSMF organizes fundraisers to achieve program objectives and welcomes collaborative initatives with other organizations. Our team consists of a dedicated group of founders, board of directors, friends of the organization and volunteers. In times of struggle we hope to lend a caring hand to people and organizations that make a difference.

Service Pets for Service Vets is the Rocke Solid McShane Foundation's focal program designed to pair a service of companion dog with a disabled veteran residing in Erie or outlying areas. Our main goal is to help them re-enter society after serving our country. Disabilities can come in many forms, both mentally and physically. It is our belief that dogs can be trained a set of tasks or skills to substantially help improve day to day living and overall health and well being of those who have served in the military.
