Jim McShane

Jim, forever humble and ducking the spotlight, has ignored repeated requests for a short bio to share with others. So, as one considered somewhat knowledgable on his character, I will submit the following.
If limited to three words to decribe him, they would be Integrity, Generosity and Gentle Nature. Jim's easy going personality and quick wit is a winsome contrast to his solid commitment to his family, friends and faith.
He and his wife, Christine, are both the type to quitely lead by example. They are most comfortable in the shadows watching others become engage and ignited with the happiness one recieves from being in service to others. Join them, won't you?

Rick Scriven

Rick Scriven is a retired recon marine of twenty years. After serving in the military, Rick, affectionately dubbed, the Rocke, joined Zodiac where he spent 11 years and met his wife, Jackie Dolch. Together Rick and Jackie established Rocke Solid® Marine™. Rocke Solid Marine is a disabled veteran-owned company based out of Stafford, Virginia that designs a host of innovative boat products. Rick and Jackie are pleased to join Jim and Christine McShane in establishing RSMF.org. RSMF is a joint way for both families to give back to others and rally others to support those in the military who have laid their lives on the line to preserve the freedom and quality of life we enjoy today.

Holly Dhaliwal

Holly is honored to direct and grow RSMF.org. Her goal for the organization is that it reflect the heart and commitment of Rocke Scriven and Jim McShane and that it will motivate others to help those in need. Holly has a deep belief that small acts create powerful change and sees RSMF as an optimal vehicle that allows others to offer their resources, talents, hope to those without.

Providing programs such as Service Pets for Service Vets to military members is meaningful to Holly. She has three members currently serving in the military and seven other family members with previous combat experience. As far as the dog connection, she reports that at family gatherings the number of dogs usually outnumber the members of family!

To support her position, Holly brings over 16 years of experience in nonprofit service and leadership to her work. She has served in various leadership positions, including board president, for several Erie community organizations. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and has over 6 years of HR experience, ranging from organizational consulting to workforce training. She earned a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at Mercyhurst College and has completed executive training at the Gestalt Institute for systems thinking and implementing sustainable change initiatives.

Jackie Dolch

Jackie Dolch is the Co-founder of Rocke Solid with her husband, Rick Scriven. Dolch has been involved in the military boat industry for 20 years and her business takes her all over the United States meeting many great members of military units. Prior to starting Rocke Solid, she worked at Zodiac boats where she met Scriven. They have been married for 19 years are and still going strong. Dolch loves exercising and exercising competitions. As she sums herself up, “I am a 45 year old figure competitor who looks forward to chocolate cakes and eating enough food in one weekend to feed three third world countries after a competition.”
